‘Tis the season for everyone to be obsessed with their New Year’s resolutions to eat better and spend more time at the gym. While I am still recovering from a crazy winter break sickness that has carried on into the new year, I wanted to share  4 gut health food bloggers that will hopefully inspire you to keep your healthy eating routine on point. Jen, a nutritional therapist, blogs about all things healthy living. She is a gut health activist who shares tips on juicing and gluten-free living. Having some gut issues myself, her blog is a great resource for new ideas on how to keep my belly a happy camper.

Charla is certified in holistic health and has a degree is public health. Charla dedicates her blog to showcasing dairy and gluten-free recipes. As a young woman of African Caribbean heritage, Charla also shares some Caribbean cuisines and how she puts a healthy spin on them.
